Gainesville (AP) A Gainesville doctor accused of sexually assaulting a patient has been indicted by a grand jury.

Dr. Elizabeth E. Brown, 63, faces four counts of criminal sexual conduct for allegedly having sexual relations with the woman he was treating at her home.

She also faces three counts of forcible oral sodomy, one count of sexual battery and two counts of child molestation.

Brown is a licensed general practitioner and is currently being held on $500,000 bond at the Polk County Jail in Lakeland.
