Beaumond, Texas — A woman’s breast cancer diagnosis has been delayed by more than two weeks, according to an article published in the Journal of the American Medical Association.
The woman, who is still undergoing chemotherapy, was treated in Beaumonde in January and received a diagnosis of Hodgkin’s lymphoma on February 3, the JAMA article said.
She was initially treated at a local hospital, but the cancer returned on March 14.
